INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1．The steel work should be according to the designed mist eliminator drawing, especially be mentioned the following points

A．The tolerance of each two neighbor support beams, at the same level, should be limited +/-5mm

B．The location of each flushing nozzle pipe should be based on the relevant mist eliminator support beam.

C．The strengthen plate, under the circle ring of mist eliminator, should avoid the flushing pipe in order to the flushing pipe installation smoothly.

2．The preparation work before mist eliminator installation

A.The steel work should be qualified and can be into mist eliminator installation.

B.The anti-corrosion work be qualified and can be into mist eliminator installation.

C.The scaffold covered with wooden plates, covering total absorber cross-section under the low level support beams, is absolutely necessary.

3．Mist Eliminator Installation

A．All installation work should be under the instruction of the supervisor, dispatched by the mist eliminator supplier.

B．The leakage between mist eliminator and support beam, between mist eliminator and support ring is not allowed. All leakage holes possible will damage the total set of mist eliminator during the equipment operation period.

C．The flushing nozzle should be re-checked carefully after installation to assure no missing and no damaged nozzle.
