OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1．The gas load, each stage pressure drop and total pressure drop should be recorded at the beginning of 168hr test run due to the mist eliminator is net clean, which will be helpful to evaluate the mist eliminator clogging or not in the future.

2．Flushing program

A.The front side of coarse stage: 1min/40 min；

B.The rear side of the coarse stage: 1min/40min;

C.The front side of fine stage: 1min/60min

D.The rear side of the fine stage: recommended once two weeks

E.The flushing frequency can be adjusted according to different end-user condition, but the mist eliminator pressure drop should stay at same level to the clean stage. The lowest flushing frequency 1min/120min is necessary according to our rich experience.

3．Emergency Operation

A.The longer flushing time and more flushing frequently is necessary if the mist eliminator pressure drop stay at high level.

B.The FGD should be shut off immediately if the mist eliminator pressure drop runs down sharply and excluding the pressure parameter out of work. The high possibility is that the mist eliminator collapsing happened.
